If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
If you have placed an order by mistake, please get in touch immediately to cancel the order.
Once I’ve shipped your order, it cannot be cancelled anymore.
No worries, you can still return it to me if you really don’t like it. Read on to know how.
You have 14 calendar days to return any item purchased in my online shop from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Please ship the item back in its original packaging so that it does not get damaged during transportation.
To initiate a return, please contact me.
Please note that custom-made orders, such as fine art prints are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Once I have received your item, I will notify you and check if it’s in tip-top condition.
If all is well, I will then immediately issue a refund to your credit card (or your original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that reservations for photography workshops may be only be refunded if the refund is requested 30 days prior to the workshop date.
Please note that I do not refund shipping costs which you may have payed with your order. These shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately you will also have to pay your own shipping to return any item to me.
