By placing an order on my website, you agree to my online shop policy.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Order cancellation

If you have placed an order by mistake, please get in touch immediately to cancel the order. You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order.

Once I’ve shipped your order, it cannot be cancelled anymore. No worries, you can still return it to me if you really don’t want it. Read on to know how.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 calendar days to return any item purchased in my online shop from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please ship the item back in its original packaging so that it does not get damaged during transportation. Please also make sure that your return has a tracking number. Any package that is sent back without a tracking number and gets lost will not be reimbursed.

Please note that I do not refund shipping costs which you may have payed with your order. These shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You will also have to pay your own shipping to return any item to me.

To initiate a return, please contact me.

Once I have received your item, I will notify you and check if it’s in tip-top condition. If all is well, I will then immediately issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that reservations for photography workshops may be only be refunded if the refund is requested 30 days prior to the workshop date. Please also note that postponed workshops in cases of force majeure are not eligible for refunds.

Please note that custom-made orders, such as fine art prints or 1-to-1 photography workshops are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please also note that reservations with or without a gift voucher for 1-to-1 workshops and crash courses have a 1-year validity from the date of purchase.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case you need your order urgently, don’t hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that pre-orders are NOT shipped immediately. Please refer to the individual product page for more information about expected delivery. Please note that if your order is composed of various items (in stock and/or pre-ordered), your shipment will only be processed once all items are available.

Most orders made in my online shop are sent through Post Luxembourg. Please note that all package are provided with a tracking number. Packages exceeding 2kg are also insured.
Limited Edition Photographs are shipped through various carriers, such as UPS or DHL. Art shipments are tracked and insured.

Once a package is handed over to the postal services, you will receive a shipment confirmation. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any errors, theft or delays by the postal services. Please also make sure to specify the correct shipping address since I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes the shipping address may contain. Packages that are returned to me by the postal services cannot be delivered again without further cost, but can be picked up at my atelier.

In case a package arrives damaged, please DO NOT accept it and hand it back to your postman or local post office for a quick return. Failure to do so voids any insurance and/or reimbursement of your order.

Deals and discounts

Please note that any deals or discounts available in the online shop are only applicable to online sales. Any custom orders or physical purchases at the artist’s atelier or through other resellers may or may not be subject to the same discounts.

VAT and import taxes

All items sold on this website include VAT. Please note that import taxes may apply if your shipping location is outside the European Union.
