I am very proud to have been selected among multiple candidates for the opening exhibition of the new season 2018/2019 of photographic exhibitions by the Maison de la Culture d'Arlon.

Landscapes

This new exhibition features many of my landscape images made all over the world: from the vast landscape of the North-American continent to the rough cliffs of the Faroe Islands and the majestic waterfalls of Iceland. I am also not forgetting some closer locations in France, Italy, Spain, and of course Belgium and Luxembourg.
The exhibition is open to the public during the opening hours of the Maison de la Culture from 14 September 2018 to 14 October 2018.

As for previous exhibitions, I organise a few guided visits of the exhibition on the following dates:
Wednesday, 19 September from 18:00 to 20:00
Monday, 24 September from 18:00 to 20:00
Saturday, 6 October from 14:00 to 16:00

Christophe Van Biesen est un artiste photographe belge. L’artiste a réalisé toute une série de photographies de paysages lors de nombreux voyages. L’aspect varié de ces paysages vise à souligner la diversité et la beauté de notre planète : des vastes paysages du continent nord-américain aux impressionnantes falaises des Îles Féroé, en passant par l’Islande, la France, l’Italie, l’Espagne et bien sûr la Belgique et le Luxembourg. Parfois grandioses et impressionnantes, d’autres fois intimes et personnelles, les photographies de cette série sont un jeu de couleurs et d’ambiances.
Les photographies de Christophe Van Biesen ont fait l’objet de plusieurs expositions, notamment dans différentes institutions européennes, ainsi qu’à la Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat Luxembourg.
